Unfortunately, no! Smartwatches like the Samsung Galaxy Watch or Google Pixel Watch run on Wear OS, which is a version Google's Android operating system designed for smartwatches and wearables.

However, unlike the version of Android that runs on tablets and smartphones, Wear OS does not have built-in logic for installing and running PWAs. So, unfortunately, sorry, you're out of luck — it's not possible to install a PWA on a Wear OS device.
