To print an invoice using Android native printing features:
Open the invoice or service call you want to print in ProgressionLIVE.
Tap the ⋮ menu located in the upper-right corner.
Select Print Preview from the menu.
From the Print Preview page, tap the Download button.
When prompted, select Desktop Version.
Open the downloaded PDF from your device's Downloads folder.
The PDF will open in your mobile browser.
Tap the browser's ⋮ menu in the upper-right corner.
From the browser menu, select Print.
Choose the desired printer, adjust settings as needed, and tap the Print button.

Troubleshooting
Print option is missing
Ensure the PDF is opened in a supported browser such as Google Chrome.
Close and reopen the PDF.
Download the Desktop Version again.
PDF file is not available in Downloads
Verify the file has finished downloading successfully.
Check the device's Downloads folder.
Confirm browser storage permissions are enabled.
Printer is not displayed
Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to the network.
Verify the Android device is connected to the same network as the printer.
Confirm Android Print Services are enabled.
