Configuring Modules in the PRO Plan

This article describes the settings available to users on the PRO plan

Updated over 5 months ago

How to Start Configuring Your Profile

To configure your profile, click on the user icon in the top right menu, and then navigate to the "Profile Settings" option.

Available Profile Settings

In the personal account, users have access to four settings tabs:

  1. General

  2. Online Lessons

  3. Online Classes

  4. Promotion

The first three modules of "General" settings ("Support," "Personal Profile," "Notifications") are available to all users. To learn more about them, please follow the link.

Unlike the three previously mentioned modules, which are available on any plan, the remaining modules can only be used on the PRO plan.

General Settings

Users on the PRO plan have access to 9 additional modules in the "General Settings" tab:

  1. School Profile

  2. Dashboard

  3. Users

  4. Administrators

  5. Access Control

  6. Accept Payments

  7. Invoice Payments

  8. API

  9. Reports

Note: All modules available only on the PRO plan are initially deactivated. Select the modules you need and activate them.

To enable a specific module, navigate to it and then double-click the "Activate" button.

Let’s take a closer look at each module.

1. School Profile

This module allows you to add information about the school, including contact details, logo, school name, and languages taught, as well as set access restrictions for materials.

Once this module is activated, advanced settings become available when creating and editing a student's profile.

2. Dashboard

Activating this module provides access to a section with key business metrics for the account. Important indicators such as the number of students, staff, schedule occupancy, and more will be readily available.

3. Users

Activating this module provides access to a convenient centralized database of all students, marathon participants, administrators, teachers, and coordinators.

Once activated, you can easily filter and search for data, as well as quickly view profile cards.

4. Administrators

Activating this module allows for convenient management of regular administrators separately from staff members.

The main administrator can assign regular administrators to different branches and departments of the school, as well as manage their access rights.

5. Access Control

This module allows you to create access groups, such as separate educational programs or branches of the school. Once activated, you can assign an access group to each student, staff member, and teacher.

All students and staff will only see what pertains to their access group. For example, a school staff member will see only the students associated with their branch or educational program, while a teacher will see only their schedule and the students assigned to their group.

6. Accept Payment

This module allows users to connect their configured payment system to accept payments for online lessons and courses. Users can set up the payment system independently.

After payment, students will receive a lesson package that will be automatically deducted after each session. Marathon participants gain access immediately after payment.

To set up payment processing, you will need to select a payment system and provide links to the terms of service and data processing policy.

7. Invoice Payments

This module allows for a contract to be established between the platform and the user's legal entity, enabling payment for platform services directly from the entity's account. This facilitates direct payments without needing to withdraw funds from the company account.

8. API

This module enables integration of the platform with other services, such as the school's website or a CRM system. The API methods allow for programmatic management of the platform's functionality.

9.Reports

This module allows for the export of various types of reports, including:

  • Attendance reports

  • Learning statistics

  • Conducted lessons

  • Student balances

Reports are exported in a universal CSV format. They enable deeper data analysis, record-keeping, the creation of graphs in Google Sheets, or data export to CRM systems.

Online Lessons

Users on the Pro plan have access to four modules in the "Online Lessons" tab.

1. General

This module allows you to set up key parameters for online lessons, including:

  • Learning tracks

  • Lesson duration

  • Disabling the built-in video feature (for schools preferring external services like Zoom or Google Meet).

2. Students

This module enables settings for the automatic activation/deactivation of students, collecting feedback from students, and managing the display of student statistics and rankings in online classes.

3. Teachers

This module allows you to add additional teachers, manage their access permissions, and oversee the teaching process—from setting work schedules to monitoring their interactions with students in virtual classrooms.

4. Balance system

This module helps track lessons conducted at the school and monitor attendance, manage the remaining lesson balance for each student, and set up rules for canceling lessons without penalties.

With this module, the school no longer needs to manually track lessons for each student in a separate file, as the balance system will handle this automatically.

Online courses

Pro plan users have access to the "Course supervisors" module under the "Online courses" tab.

Course supervisors

This module allows curators to be assigned to marathons, which is especially useful if the school’s marathons include feedback or manual review of completed tasks.

Once this module is activated, you can assign one or more curators to each participant, allocate curators across marathons, and manage their workload. This optimizes the workflow so that no participant has to wait too long for task reviews.

Promotion

Users on the Pro plan have access to 2 modules under the Promotion tab.

1. "White Label"

The White Label service allows the platform to adopt the appearance and design as if it were developed by a specific school:

  • All classes will feature the school's logo instead of the platform's logo.

  • You can replace the website icon with your own.

  • The platform can be transferred to your school's domain.

  • All system notifications sent to teachers and students will be from your school's name (configured in the "School Profile" module) and will include its logo.

  • A support chat can be added to your school, allowing you to answer questions from students and teachers in your name.

This module will help increase loyalty among students and teachers. Please contact your personal manager to activate this service.

2. "Banner ad"

Activating this module allows you to create a promotional banner with special offers in the student's personal account.

This banner can be used to communicate important information to the school's students:

  • Informing about new products in your school.

  • Announcing discounts and special offers.

  • Attaching links to articles, instructions, and other relevant content.
