Welcome to Project Casting! Having a complete and polished profile increases your visibility on our platform, making it more likely for casting directors to discover you. This guide will walk you through the steps to upload and manage your resume and headshots.

Step 1: Log In and Access Your Profile

1. Open your preferred web browser and go to Project Casting.

2. Log in using your credentials.

3. Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Profile

1. On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click on the “Profile” button. This will take you to your profile setup page.

Step 3: Uploading Your Resume

Adding Your Resume

1. Resume Section: Scroll down to find the resume section on your profile page.

2. Upload Button: Click the “Upload Resume” button.

3. Select File: Choose the resume file from your computer. Ensure it is in a supported format, such as PDF or DOCX.

4. Review and Save: Once the file is uploaded, review the information and click “Save” to update your profile.

Managing Your Resume

1. View Resume: To view your uploaded resume, click on the “View Resume” button.

2. Replace Resume: If you need to update your resume, click the “Replace Resume” button, select the new file, and save the changes.

3. Delete Resume: To remove your resume, click the “Delete” button and confirm the action.

Step 4: Uploading Your Headshots

Adding Headshots

1. Profile Image: Click on the “Profile image” placeholder to upload your main headshot.

2. Additional Photos: Scroll to the photos section to upload additional headshots and professional photos.

3. Upload Button: Click the “Upload Photo” button.

4. Select File: Choose the photo file from your computer. Ensure the image is high-quality and professionally taken.

5. Review and Save: Once the file is uploaded, review the image and click “Save” to update your profile.

Managing Your Headshots

1. View Photos: To view your uploaded headshots, click on the thumbnails in the photos section.

2. Replace Photos: If you need to update any headshots, click the “Replace Photo” button, select the new file, and save the changes.

3. Delete Photos: To remove any headshots, click the “Delete” button on the photo you wish to remove and confirm the action.

Step 5: Ensuring Profile Completion

1. Profile Completion Percentage: Your profile completion percentage is displayed at the top of your profile page.

2. Complete All Sections: Ensure you have filled out all sections of your profile, including personal information, credits, resume, headshots, and video reel.

3. Aim for 100%: The more complete your profile, the higher you will appear in search engine rankings. Aim for 100% completion to maximize your visibility.

Step 6: Saving and Reviewing Changes

1. Review Profile: Once you have uploaded and managed your resume and headshots, review your entire profile to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

2. Save Changes: Make sure to click “Save” after making any changes to ensure your profile is updated.
