Overview
The Sales Leaderboard is divided into two main components:
User Scorecard – Highlights the performance metrics of the currently logged-in sales rep OR if an admin it will show the user they select to view.
Leaderboard – Displays a ranked list of sales reps based on key performance metrics.
Users can navigate between two main tabs: Performance and Commission, each offering distinct insights.
Performance Tab
This tab focuses on gamification and productivity tracking. It displays several key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Close Rate
Contract Value
Number of Sold Jobs
Number of Inspections
User Access Differences
Admins see full metrics for all users.
Regular Sales Reps can view:
Their own full scorecard.
Limited metrics for peers: close rate, sold jobs, and inspections (but not peer contract values).
This selective visibility encourages competition while respecting confidentiality.
Commission Tab
The Commission tab is tailored for financial performance tracking. It includes:
Individual commission calculations (visible to each sales rep for themselves only).
Commission data overview for admins, including:
Monthly, quarterly (past 90 days), yearly (past 12 months), or lifetime totals.
Sorting by contract value or number of closed accounts.
This setup allows sales reps to monitor their earnings while enabling admins to oversee team-wide compensation at a glance.
Team Management Settings
Admins can manage visibility and team composition through the Manage Team interface:
Permission Profiles: Remove profiles like office managers from viewing the leaderboard.
Visibility: Toggle whether a team member is included in leaderboard statistics.
This ensures only relevant team members are tracked, maintaining leaderboard integrity.
Permissions and Access Control
Access to leaderboard data is controlled through permission profiles:
Admins have full access to all data, including commissions and contract values.
Managers and Accountants can be granted extended permissions to view specific data points such as commissions or contract values, depending on their roles.
This control enables organizations to maintain data privacy while equipping relevant personnel with the insights they need.
