Accessing the Delete Account Option

  • Company Settings

  • “Other” Tab

  • You will now see the button to “Delete ProLine Account”

This option is intentionally separate from all others and should almost never be used without careful consideration.

What Does the “Delete ProLine Account” Button Do?

Clicking this button initiates a permanent deletion of all data associated with your ProLine account from our servers. This action is irreversible. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered.

  • If you're on a paid plan, you will be prompted to first downgrade to the free Basic plan.

  • Only after your account is downgraded to the free plan will the delete option become available.

Users have the right to fully erase their information from ProLine. This ability to delete your data is provided to comply with privacy regulations and data protection laws in various jurisdictions.

Why Is It Dangerous?

  • Irrecoverable Action: Once deleted, your account and all its data are gone for good. There is no way to retrieve any information after this point.

  • Better Alternative – Downgrade: Instead of deleting your account, consider simply downgrading. When you downgrade:

    • Your data is preserved.

    • You can return and reactivate your account at any time.

    • ProLine retains the data for a significant period to support this flexibility (you will be notified if this policy ever changes).

Final Recommendation

Use the Delete ProLine Account feature only if you're absolutely sure you want all your data permanently removed. For most users, downgrading is the safer and more flexible path.

If you're unsure, reach out to ProLine Support before taking any irreversible steps.
