How to Set Up the Integration
Step 1: Navigate to the Integration Settings
Open your ProLine account.
Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Scroll down and select Integrations.
Click on RoofScope to access the integration setup screen.
Step 2: Map Measurement Fields
Before enabling the integration, you must map RoofScope’s fields to your ProLine measurement fields.
On the left side of the mapping interface, you’ll see measurement fields from RoofScope.
On the right side, use the drop-downs to select corresponding measurement report fields in your ProLine account.
Important: ProLine pre-populates roofing measurement fields by default. If RoofScope has fields not yet available in your ProLine settings, you’ll need to add those fields to your account manually. (See this guide for more details on configuring measurement fields: Company Settings: Measurements)
Example field mappings:
Total Roof Area → Total Area
Eaves → Eaves
Hips → Hips
Ridge → Ridges
Valley → Valleys
Step Flashing → Step Flashing
Once you've completed your mappings, you can move to the next step.
Step 3: Enable the Integration
Click the ENABLE INTEGRATION button at the bottom of the mapping screen.
A prompt will appear requesting your API key/token from RoofScope.
Where to Find the API Token?
Go to your RoofScope profile to locate the alphanumeric API key.
If you’re unsure where to find it, contact RoofScope support for assistance.
Copy the token from RoofScope and paste it into the ProLine integration prompt.
Once entered and submitted, the integration will now be active.
