Accessing & Enabling the QXO Integration
Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner of your ProLine account.
Scroll down and select Integrations.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on QXO.
Step 1 – Connect Account:
Click Enable Integration.
Log in using your QXO email and password.
You’ll be redirected back to ProLine once the connection is complete.
Step 2 – Configure Integration:
Select Branch – Select the default branch for pricing.
Select Job Account – Select the default job account for pricing.
Set Syncing Option:
Manual Sync: Allows you to control which items update and when they update by using the sync tool in the Price List tab.
Auto Sync: All the price list items which have a QXO ID will be updated daily to the latest available price from QXO.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Prices will be based on the latest data QXO provides, ProLine is not liable for any pricing discrepancies.
Step 3 - Link / Sync Price Items
Now that your integration is configured, you can import new items from QXO or link existing items.
Click the “Go To Price List” button and start linking!
Linking Price List Items to QXO
Once you have followed the previous steps and your integration is configured, you need to link each price item you wish to QXO, you have the following options to do this:
Option 1: Import New Item from QXO
Take the following steps:
Choose Add Price
Choose QXO
Search Product Name or ID
Option 2: Link Existing Items Manually
Open your Price List and go to the Unlinked tab.
Find the product you want to connect.
Click the link icon, when hovering over it will show “Supplier Connections”.
In the pop-up, select QXO and either:
Enter the QXO Product ID, OR
Click Search QXO Product to browse and select the correct item.
Choose the default color/variation (ex: Weathered Wood for shingles).
Managing Variations
Select one or more variation to link to your Price List Item's QXO product. Prices will be based on the variation you set as default. You can switch between the selected variations when creating your order by clicking on the Variations icon (≡) next to the item.
For example, if the product comes in multiple colors:
Enable the variations you want to show by checking Enable.
Set the default by using the yellow star.
It is recommended to select the default item that is the most expensive variation to protect profit.
Label Carefully:
Enter a clear label for the customer-facing quote (example: Landmark Pro – Color instead of just Color).
Once finished, your variations icon will appear blue, confirming that options are set for that item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Variations must exist in QXO to select variations in ProLine.
