Overview
A Signature Page allows your customer to provide a formal, legally valid signature after reviewing the details of a quote. This page type is essential when you require signed authorization rather than just an approval.
This guide explains how to add a Signature Page, customize its content, and configure optional input fields.
How to Access and Add a Signature Page
There are two ways to add a Signature Page depending on your current context:
Option 1: Via Quote Templates
Click the hamburger menu (β°) β Company Settings (this opens a new browser window).
Select Quote Templates from the left menu.
Open an existing template using the pencil icon, or click either +Add Quote Template to create a new one, or Add Quote Template from Library to import a pre-built template.
Click the blue +Add a page button in the left sidebar.
π± App users: If you're accessing the template from the mobile app, you'll first need to tap Edit (found in the "You are in view mode" banner above the Pages section) before the +Add a page button becomes available.
Select Signature Page from the Page Type dropdown and enter a page name (e.g., Approval & Signature, Client Authorization).
Click the Add blue button.
The Signature Page will now appear in the Pages list on the left sidebar.
Option 2: Via a Project
Open a project and click the Quote tab.
Click the pencil icon on the quote you want to edit.
Click the blue +Add a page button in the left sidebar.
π± App users: If you're accessing the template from the mobile app, you'll first need to tap Edit (found in the "You are in view mode" banner above the Pages section) before the +Add a page button becomes available.

The Signature Page will now appear in the Pages list on the left sidebar, and will be added to that specific quote only.
π‘ When clicking Add Page, the option "From Template" lets you pull an existing page from another quote template. This option is not available for Signature Pages, so you must select βFrom Scratchβ.
Customizing the Signature Page
Customization options depend on where you're editing. At the Quote Template level, all settings below are available. At the project level, only the banner image is editable.

Quick Notes
You can also Duplicate, or Delete the page at the top right corner of the Page Builder.
All changes are autosaved β you'll see "Changes are autosaved" in the top-right corner.
Use the visibility checkbox on each page to hide it from customers while keeping it in the template.
Common Use Cases
Full roof replacements β Get a signed agreement before ordering materials or scheduling a crew.
Insurance restoration jobs β Collect the homeowner's signature alongside their insurance claim number.
HOA or multi-unit properties β Document signed authorization from the correct decision-maker before work begins.
Supplement approvals β Have the customer sign off on added scope (e.g., decking, flashing upgrades) discovered after the initial inspection.
Optional use: Not every quote requires a signature. For informational estimates or insurance assessments, you can skip this page, customers will instead see an Approve button, allowing them to confirm the quote with a single click without a formal signature. The Approve button can also be used internally by team members to sign off on a quote without requiring a formal signature.
