What is RidgeQuote?
RidgeQuote is a roof measurement and estimation service that provides accurate property reports using aerial imagery. By integrating RidgeQuote with ProLine, you can order measurement reports directly from a project and have the data automatically mapped to your ProLine measurement fields for quoting.
Configuring the RidgeQuote Integration
Step 1: Navigate to the Integration Settings
Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Integrations from the dropdown.
On the Integrations page, click RidgeQuote to begin configuration.
Step 2: Map Measurement Fields
Before enabling the integration, you must map RidgeQuote's report fields to your ProLine measurement fields.
On the left side of the mapping interface, you'll see measurement fields from RidgeQuote.
On the right side, use the dropdowns to select the corresponding ProLine Measurement Report Fields configured in your company settings.
Example field mappings:

Note: Leave fields unmapped if they are not relevant or not available. If fields are missing from the dropdown, follow this guide to add new measurement fields in your company settings.
Step 3: Enable the Integration
Once all fields are mapped, click Enable Integration.
You will be redirected to the RidgeQuote sign-in page.
Enter your RidgeQuote credentials and sign in.
If your credentials are correct, you'll be redirected back to ProLine and the integration will be active.
Note: If you don't have a RidgeQuote account, create one before proceeding.
Using RidgeQuote in a Project
Note: Billing must be activated in your RidgeQuote account before placing an order. If it isn't, or if your payment method is invalid, ProLine will display an error with a button to redirect you to your RidgeQuote account to resolve it.
To place a new order or import an existing report:
Open a project in ProLine and navigate to the Measure tab.
Click the RidgeQuote icon to get started.
Choose whether to import an existing report or place a new order.
If placing a new order:
Adjust the pin on the map to confirm the property location
Click Submit Order to place the order.
ProLine will mark the report as Placed until RidgeQuote processes it. Once complete, you'll receive a notification and the measurement data will automatically sync into your project.
If importing an existing report:
Click the Import Report button at the top left corner of the pop-up.
Search by the project address or select a report from the list of recent reports in your RidgeQuote account.
Select the report, and click Import Report. The measurement data will sync with ProLine.
Important: After a measurement has been requested through ProLine, it can only be cancelled within your personal RidgeQuote account.
Using RidgeQuote Reports within a Quote
ProLine makes it easy to build quotes based on your imported RidgeQuote data:
Go to the Quote tab within the project.
Click New Quote in your project dashboard.
Select a singular structure or multiple structures and attach the RidgeQuote report.
Choose your quote style (Roof Replacement, Detail Pricing, Multi-option).
Hit Create, and within seconds, your quote is generated.
From there, you can tweak pricing, adjust settings, and send the quote out for e-signature, all from within the platform.
Keep in mind: When using a multi-structure RidgeQuote report, each structure included in the measurement (main building, detached garage, shed, etc.) will appear as its own structure page within the quote. This means:
Each structure will display its own set of options and add-ons, allowing you to quote and manage them independently.
Your quote will clearly separate structures, making it easier to present multi-building projects to homeowners and track costs accurately.
Rather than combining all measurements into one report or page, ProLine automatically generates a dedicated structure page for every structure included in the RidgeQuote report, keeping your quotes organized and clear.
