How to Set Up Your ProLine Account as a Team Member

Your owner or manager invited you to join them on ProLine. Here's what to do next to set up your account.

Your owner or manager just invited you to join them on ProLine. Here’s what to do next.

First of all, get excited because your life in sales is about to get a whole lot easier. ProLine is going to be working in the background to sell more deals for you by automating sales follow-up, lead nurture, and a whole lot more.

In short, ProLine handles all the boring, repetitive communication with cold leads or prospects that are dragging their feet so that you can focus your valuable time and energy on the hot leads and prospects that are ready to buy.

Setting Up Your Account

Let's get your account set up for you!

  1. Head to your email and find your invitation. You might need to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. The invitation expires after 24 hours so make sure to get to it as soon as you can.

    If your invitation has expired by the time you see it, ask your owner or manager to send you a new invite from their dashboard.

  2. Once you’ve clicked on the link in your invite, set yourself a password. You will need this password again later, so make sure to make a note of it.

  3. Once your password is set, review and approve the ProLine Terms of Service.

  4. Next, you’re going to pick your phone number through ProLine. This is a new work phone number through ProLine.

    Type in your city name and state abbreviation.

    If there aren’t any phone numbers available for your search, then switch to another city in your area, preferably a larger one.

    You can also try searching by "pattern" with a specific phone area code, instead of by city.

    Once you’ve found a number that you like, select it and then confirm it.

  5. Now you’re going to connect your work email account to ProLine. Make sure this is your work email and not your personal email since ProLine will be using this email to send messages to your leads and prospects.

    When connecting your email, make sure to select “send emails on my behalf.” If you see an error after connecting, it’s probably because you didn’t select this, and you’ll need to connect it again.

    Finish the connection and then click “return to setup”.

  6. Click “continue”, and then “finish setup”.

    Your ProLine account is fully set up now, but we still have one more step.

  7. Go to your app store on your smartphone, and search for “ProLine”. The app store might try to autocorrect it to something else (like "proliant" or "proshine"), so make sure to click “search for ProLine instead” if it does this.

    Download our app, then login. You’ll need your account email (where you received the invitation) as well as the password you set earlier.

    Once you’ve logged in, you’re all set and good to go!
