How to Contact Support & Use Chat Box

We're here to help! Here's where and how to get support from the ProLine team.

Help Us Help You

Supporting every company using ProLine is extremely important to us! To help us stay organized and assist you as quickly as possible, please choose one of the following support options.

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee a response from any email, phone number, or other communication channel not listed below.

1. Using Support Chat

You will receive the fastest possible response to your support request by using our support chat. We do our best to answer all messages immediately during business hours (Weekday Support Hours: ****10am-10pm ET, Weekend Support Hours: 10am-2pm ET *Holiday hours may differ.).

If you're on our website, you’ll notice a little green chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen. This is available on desktop and mobile, and you’ll also find it inside your account dashboard.

When you click the green chat icon, you’ll see three options:

  1. Send Us a Message

    1. Once you send it, you’ll see an estimated response time based on our current support hours

  2. Search for an Article

    1. This will take you to our article portal where you can access all current documentation on features/settings within ProLine.

  3. Submit a Feature Idea

    1. This will take you to our ideas and roadmap page where you can see what features have already been submitted and what are in the works of being added! See a detailed article on how to submit here!

Important Note:

If you're contacting us outside of support hours, a message from Finn will let you know when we’ll be back. Keep in mind, messages sent after-hours are not monitored minute-by-minute, so you may experience a delay.

2. Email Us

You can also send us an email at support@proline.app

This is essentially the same thing as starting a conversation via the support chat, but it may be more convenient or necessary if you don't have access to the ProLine app when reaching out to support.

3. Schedule A Support Call

If you prefer to speak to us over the phone or via Zoom, please schedule a time for a call here. Support calls must be booked in advance. If your support request is urgent, we recommend using the support chat or email first.

Please note this is only available to paid accounts.

4. I Have a Free Account and Need Help

If you're on a free account, you won’t have access to technical support via phone, but you can:

  • Reach out to our Sales Team

  • Explore our Features & Demos Playlist on YouTube

  • Browse all resources in the Help Center

To go back to the full help article collection, just click All Collections and you’ll see documentation on nearly every question you might have.
