Guide: Upgrade To ProLine CRM (From ProLine Legacy Version)

This is a guide for existing ProLine customers who want to convert their ProLine account to the new CRM version.

Note: We are improving and adding new features to ProLine on an almost daily basis, so this video may be missing some cool stuff by the time you watch it. Schedule a live demo for the most up-to-date overview.

ProLine 1.0 > 2.0 Upgrade Process

These steps only cover the initial conversion of your account. You will still need to also follow the DIY Onboarding Guide to completely onboard your company.

Step 1: Disable All Integrations With Your ProLine Account

You will be re-enabling and configuring these integrations after conversion, but it is better to have them off during the process to avoid any unintended loops or other activity.

Step 2: Convert Your Account

Navigate to the other tab of your company settings, or click here.

Click "Upgrade Now" and then "Upgrade" to confirm and start the conversion process. This process can take anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes, depending on how many contacts and campaigns you have in your account.

You can still call and text through ProLine during this process but try to avoid using any other features of your account until after it finishes.

Step 3: Follow the Guide

Now that you've converted your account, you can proceed to our Onboarding Guide to finish onboarding your company.
