FREE Editing + Account Credit For Short Form Videos
We will edit vertical short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.) from long-form educational or entertaining videos and promote the edited content through our social channels (with credit to you) for FREE. You will also receive copies of all video edits to use and post on your own social channels. Additionally, we will provide ProLine Account Credit (applied to your ProLine subscription cost) for each short we extract from your video based on your tier.
Submitted videos must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
Must be educational or entertainment content, either for homeowners or other contractors.
Must have clean video and audio (doesn't need to be professional video work, just clearly understandable audio and relatively stable video).
Must not mention or promote any competitive software platform to ProLine.
Must be at least 30 seconds in length.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any video we don't believe meets this criteria or otherwise doesn't bring value to our audience or other customers.
Account Credit For 3+ Min Long-Form Videos
Additionally, if your video is longer than 3 minutes, it hasn't yet been posted anywhere online, and you approve of us using it, we will provide you with ProLine account credit (applied to your ProLine subscription cost) based on your tier in exchange for allowing us to post the videos on our ProLine social accounts.
Submitted videos must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
Same requirements as short-form videos, plus...
Must be at least 3 minutes long.
Must be a new video that is not yet posted anywhere online.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any video we don't believe meets this criteria or otherwise doesn't bring value to our audience or other customers.

If your accepted content performs exceptionally well at Tier 1, you may be upgraded to a higher tier for future content. See all tiers below:
Tier 1 Contributor (Default)
Accepted Short Form Videos: FREE Editing + $5 Credit (Per Short)
Accepted 3+ Min Videos: $50 Credit
Tier 2 Contributor
Accepted Short Form Videos: FREE Editing + $15 Credit (Per Short)
Accepted 3+ Min Videos: $150 Credit
Tier 3 Contributor
Accepted Short Form Videos: FREE Editing + $45 Credit (Per Short)
Accepted 3+ Min Videos: $300 Credit
Submit Your Videos
Method #1: Email marketing@proline.app with a link to your video listed (privately or publically) on YouTube. Make sure to include your company name in the email.
Method #2: Upload files to this Dropbox folder. Make sure to include the name of your company in the name of every file you upload.
Content Release Agreement
Before we edit or release any content you send us, we'll have you sign an agreement that clearly outlines how you are (and aren't) allowing ProLine to use your content. This protects us and you and avoids any confusion.
