You'll automatically get prompted to set up a ProLine number when you first login after creating or upgrading your account. Click Setup Now to start the process.

If you choose Later, you can resume the setup process by clicking on your profile in the top right corner and choosing Start Setup.

Type in your city name, choose the correct state and country info, choose Local, and hit Search.

If nothing appears, try replacing your city with the city center of your metro area. For instance, try searching for numbers in Atlanta instead of Fairburn and see how many numbers show up.

You might notice some area codes are more common. If you have a preference, Choose the Search by Pattern tab and enter your preferred area code.

You can also search for a pattern like “roof” or “1234” for the last four digits of your phone number.

Once you find a number you like, select it and confirm your choice. It's rare, but a number may become unavailable if someone else picks it at the exact moment you do. If that happens, simply choose another option.

You'll get confirmation that your number is chosen. From there, proceed to other setup steps, like connecting your email accounts.

Congratulations! You've picked your ProLine number and are all set to start sending messages and making calls.
