Introduction to Activity Tracking

Activity tracking in ProLine provides insights into both broad project actions and detailed contact conversations. You get to see every email, text, and quote you’ve sent for a project, along with the response. It’s a must for anyone serious about their sales process. And best of all, it’s easy to do!

Tracking Project Activity

To access and review activities related to a specific project:

  • The activity feed will display various entries such as stage changes (e.g., "Quote Sent"), communications (emails, calls), and updates on events and project updates. Each entry is timestamped for easy tracking.

  • Texts appear in blue bubbles like they do on your phone. Emails appear in blocks with some preview copy and the subject line. Click the Open icon in the top right to see the full email.

Taking Actions

  • To add notes to any interaction, click on it. Type your note into the text field that appears and click Save.

  • Along the bottom of the activity feed, you’ll notice four blue boxes. Use the first three to call, text, and email the top contact associated with the project.

  • Click the Plus Button to add a floating note or log an interaction from outside of ProLine.

Viewing Contact-Specific Activity

To focus on interactions with a specific contact within a project:

  • From your ProLine Dashboard click on a Project Card > Project Details > Contact Card > Activity.

  • This section will detail every communication, task update, and relevant activity related to the contact.

  • This view gives you a more detailed view of when campaigns start for contacts

Pro-Tip: Not sure if you’re looking at a project or contact? Look at the initial next to their name. If it’s a square it’s a project. If it’s a circle it’s a contact.
