You might receive important communications through non-ProLine channels like personal phone calls or emails. Fortunately, you can add these conversations to ProLine!

Steps to Log External Communications

Follow these steps to add external communications to a project in ProLine, ensuring that all relevant information is captured accurately:

  • At the bottom of the project activity section look for icons representing different communication types. Click the Plus Icon (+).

  • A dropdown menu will appear. Select the type of communication you want to log (e.g., Call, Text, Email).

  • Enter the details of the communication. For instance, if logging a text, you might describe the conversation and mention any details relevant to the project, like issues discussed or agreements made.

  • After entering all the necessary information, click the 'Save' button to log the communication in ProLine. This entry will now be visible in the project activity feed to team members.
