Introduction to Notification Settings

Notifications keep ProLine users updated about vital activities and communications within their accounts. Each user can adjust these settings based on personal or operational needs.

Accessing Notification Settings

To begin adjusting your ProLine user notification settings, follow these steps:

Configuring User Notifications

Users can receive notifications for a variety of events. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the notifications you want to receive. ProLine offers two main notification channels:

  • Push Notifications: Alerts sent directly to your mobile device.

  • Email Notifications: Alerts sent to your designated email address.

You can toggle on/off for the following events:

  • New Message

  • Incoming Call

  • Message Failed

  • Opt-Out

  • Email Opened

  • Quote Opened

  • Quote Signed

  • Invoice Opened

  • Invoice Paid

  • New Payment

  • Payment Complete

  • Task Assigned

  • Task Completed

  • Report Updates

Recommended Notification Settings

We recommend enabling push notifications for these settings, at least at first:

  • New Messages

  • Incoming Calls

  • Quote Openings

  • Invoice Updates

These notifications help you respond to communications and increase engagement and potential revenue through timely interactions.

Modifying Notification Preferences

These settings are for your user account. Team members can modify what notifications they do and don’t receive.

That said, admins can set up four company-wide notifications. These are for quotes signed, invoices paid, new payments, and completed payments. If you’re an admin, you’ll find these settings at the bottom of the notifications page.

Troubleshooting and Support

If you encounter difficulties or have further questions, contact our support team through the chat in the lower corner of your screen. We're here to help you with any issues or concerns.
