Account Settings: Notifications - Global (Admin)

Accessing Global Notifications

To manage global notifications, follow these steps:

  1. Open the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings.

  3. Select the Notifications tab.

Note: If you do not see the "Global Notifications" section, you are likely not an admin. Only users with admin access have the capability to these settings. If you believe you need access, please contact your account admin or business owner.

Types of Global Notifications

There are several types of notifications that can be configured globally, allowing admins to stay up to date on key activities across all reps and users in the system. These notifications mirror standard user-level alerts, but they apply at a company-wide level. Each of these can trigger: A push notification to the mobile app and/or an email notification to the admin’s registered email

  • Quote Signed: When a homeowner signs a quote

  • Invoice Paid: When a homeowner has fully paid an invoice

  • New Payment: Homeowner has made a payment within ProLine (merchant processing)

  • Payment Complete: When a payment successfully processes

  • Global Task Overdue Summary

    • A daily email summary showing all overdue tasks, grouped by rep.

    • Only available via email (no push notification support).

    • Ideal for keeping track of outstanding activities across the team.

  • Global Task Complete

    • Sends a notification every time a task is marked complete by any rep.

    • Available via push and email.

    • Use this feature intentionally as it can result in a high volume of notifications.
