Understanding Browser Calls

ProLine allows users to make and accept calls directly from their desktop via the web browser. This feature is perfect for users in an office environment as it uses internet connectivity for calls. For field use, we suggest you stick with the ProLine mobile app.

Accept Inbound Calls

  • Requires "Browser" mode to be your selected Forwarding Mode in your account settings for inbound call handling.

  • Inbound calls will ring inside the ProLine dashboard and appear on the right side of ProLine.

  • Click the accept or reject buttons as desired.

  • Rejected calls will go to your ProLine voicemail.

Initiate Calls from a Project

  • From the Project Page, select a project.

  • Click the phone icon next to one of the project contacts to start a call.

Return Calls Using Browser

  • From the Project Page, select Calls on the left-side menu.

  • Click the call entry you want to return.

  • Click Call to dial back directly through the browser.

Make Calls from the Dashboard

  • From the Project Page, Click the plus sign (+).

  • Select Call, enter the phone number, and press the phone icon to initiate the call.
