Project Page
The project page is the most used/important part of your ProLine account. This is where all information for a single project is stored and managed. Below you will find all the information you can store and how to use each feature within the project page.
Project Details
The project details are found on the left side of the project page, this is where you can view and edit key information for each project. Items are as follows:
Project Number: This the number assigned to the project in chronological order as projects are being entered into your ProLine account.
Project Portal URL: This is the URL that is specific to the project selected, this can be shared to the contacts to view the following information:
Status
Events
Files
Quotes
Billing
Refer Us

Project Name: This is the name you give the project, typically defaulted to the project's address.
Location: This is the location you have the project assigned to, locations are created/managed within company settings here. If you have one location, it will default automatically.
Area: This is the area you have the project assigned to, areas are created/managed within the company settings here.
Pipeline: This is the current pipeline that the project is in.
Stage: This is the current stage the project is on.
Assignee: This is the primary ProLine user that is assigned to the project.
Inside Sales: This is where you can assign the ProLine user who is the inside sales rep to this project.
Production: This is where you can assign the ProLine user responsible for production on this project.
Accounting: This is where you can assign the ProLine user responsible for this project's accounting.
Organization: This is where you can assign an organization to the project.
Main Contact: This is where you will assign the primary contact, typically the homeowner to the project.
Project Other Contact 1 & Project Other Contact 2: Should there be additional contacts you need to assign to the project, you will be able to here. Within your settings (Article here) you can name these contacts whatever is fitting for your company. For example:
Contractor
Installer
Category: This is where you will find the category that the project has been assigned to, this can be edited at any point but only one category can be assigned at a time.
Type: This is where you will find the project type, this can be edited at any point but only one type can be assigned at a time.
Services: This is where all the services will be listed that the project is going to be providing.
Tags: Should any tags that need to be assigned to a project, this is where you can select one or several tags.
Address: This is the address that is assigned to the project, which can be different from the contacts address.
Project Custom Fields: Should there be additional information that is needing to be accounted for within the project, you can create up to (4) custom fields. These are customized within your company settings (Article here). For example:
Carrier
Policy
Claim Number
Notes: This section allows general notes to be left on the project for anyone who has access to view.
ProLine ID: Custom number associated with the project, often time used for integrations.
External ID: This is only shown on imported projects that came from a different system, keeping the original project ID/number attached within the project.
Merge Project: This button allows you to merge duplicate projects.
Edit Status Dates: This allows you to edit the dates on status’ that the project has previously been on.
IMPORTANT - Changing the below dates will affect the reporting data. All values auto save. All dates must be in sequential order.
Delete Project: Should you need to delete a project completely, you will choose this button and a pop up window will appear for you to type “DELETE” to confirm your deleting.
