Understanding Contact Titles
Contact titles in ProLine identify various roles within a project. Every project comes with a main contact. You can't change that contact title. But you can change the default titles of the other two contacts.
Edit Contact Titles
Go to hamburger menu > Company Settings > Projects. Open the Other Contacts dropdown.
Edit the name in the Other Contact 1 and Other Contact 2 text fields.
No need to save your changes. They automatically appear across all projects.
Verify Changes
From the Projects page, click on any project and choose Project Details.
Check the contact text fields to see your updates.
