Moving a project within a pipeline

From the Projects Dashboard, you can either...

  • Drag and drop the project to a different stage within the same pipeline on a desktop interface.

  • Click the project > Move to Stage and choose the current pipeline and a new stage. The change occurs as soon as you select the new stage.

Moving a Project to a Different Pipeline

For moving a project across different pipelines:

  • Click on the project you wish to move > Move to Stage.

  • Choose the new pipeline from the dropdown list.

  • Click on the new stage to finalize the move. The change occurs as soon as you select the new stage.

Considerations Before Moving Projects

Make sure you know the automations, tasks, and campaigns associated with each stage. Moving a project to a new stage can trigger unwanted automations or task assignments if you're not careful.
