Adding Discounts to Quotes
From the Projects Dashboard,
Click the project you're working on > Project Details > Quote.
Select the Pencil icon on the quote you want to add a discount to > Quote Settings > Discounts > Add Discount.
Name the discount and choose if it's a set amount or percentage discount. Enter the discount amount and hit Add.
If your account has the cash discounting feature enabled the cash discounting option will appear automatically in the discount area.
Managing Discount Order
The sequence in which discounts are applied can affect the total discount amount. To reorder the discounts, grab the dots next to the discounts name and drop it to a new spot in the discount order.
Note that the cash discount will always appear last and can't be reordered.
Setting Defaults in Quote Templates
You can add discount defaults on Quote Templates. From the Projects Dashboard...
Click the Pencil icon next to the quote template you want to edit > Default Quote Settings > Discounts > Add Discount.
Name the discount and choose if it's a set amount or percentage discount. Enter the discount amount and hit Add.
Hit Save & Close to apply your changes.
