Workflows offers more flexibility and allows you to automate projects, jobs, and events simultaneously.

Click the hamburger menu > Campaigns. Then, click Open Folder > Edit Campaign to open the campaign editor.
To add a text sending action:
Click the plus (+) button. You might have to scroll to find it, depending on your campaign’s length.
Click the dropdown arrow next to "Disabled" and select Send Text.
Write Your Message
Choose when you want the message to send.
Choose whether you want the text to come from the contact assignee or another team member.
Write your text message into the Text Message field.
Click Show Variables to view available variables, which will dynamically fill in information specific to each contact or project.
Select a variable to copy it to your clipboard and paste it into your text.
You can also type {{ to open a dropdown menu of variables.
If you need to attach files or media, Click Attach File and select the appropriate file from your device.
To see a test version of your text, click Save at the bottom and then click Send Test.
