Manage Super Admin Accounts in ProLine

This guide shows how to invite and remove Super Admins to your ProLine Account. It also shows Super Admins how to register their account.

Introduction to Super Admin Accounts

Super Admin accounts in ProLine provide consultants and agencies the ability to manage multiple client accounts through a single login, enhancing efficiency and security. These accounts let these users access your account without needing sensitive login information.

For ProLine Customers

Inviting a Super Admin

Super Admins have full access to manage all aspects of your ProLine account, just like a normal admin. Follow these steps to invite a Super Admin:

  1. Click on the hamburger menu (☰).

  2. Select Manage Teams from the menu.

  3. In the Manage Teams page, click the Super Admin tab.

  4. Click the Invite Super Admin button.

  5. Enter the Super Admin invite ID provided to you.

  6. Click Invite to send the invitation.

Once invited, the Super Admin will have full administrative access to your account.

Super Admin Permissions

Super admins have administrative privileges similar to regular admins but can access multiple accounts simultaneously. Super admins cannot alter ownership, control billing, or alter other key settings.

Removing a Super Admin

  • Under Manage Team, click the Trashcan icon by the super admin you wish to remove.

  • Click Remove on the menu that appears.

For Agencies and Consultants

Managing Multiple Client Accounts

  • From the Super Dashboard, you can log into individual client accounts.

  • You will appear as an additional account within each client's ProLine environment but will not be assigned typical user tasks.

Switching Between Client Accounts

  • To switch accounts, click on Switch Company from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the screen. This will open the Super Dashboard.

  • Alternatively, navigate directly to the Super Dashboard and select a different company from the list.
