Updating Your Brand Logo

Your company’s logo represents your visual identity across customer communications. Updating your logo in ProLine is simple and can be done at any time:

  • Click on the current logo displayed in the Brand tab.

  • This will open your device’s file manager.

  • Choose your updated logo file from your device.

  • The new logo will be saved and reflected across your customer-facing materials in ProLine.

Tip: Use a high-resolution image with a transparent background (e.g., PNG) for best results.

Understanding the Company Name vs. Legal Business Name

ProLine separates your Company Name from your Legal Business Name to help streamline branding while maintaining compliance.

Company Name

  • This is customer-facing.

  • Appears in emails, text messages, and other communications sent via ProLine.

  • Typically a simplified or stylized version of your brand name.

Legal Business Name

  • This is used internally and for official business processes.

  • Often includes suffixes like “LLC” or “Inc.”

  • Used when registering your business for:

    • Merchant processing

    • Phone registration

Important: Ensure your legal business name matches your official documentation to avoid issues with financial or communication services.

Best Practices

  • Keep it consistent: Ensure your brand logo and company name align with your overall branding across other platforms.

  • Review periodically: Revisit these settings during rebranding or changes to business structure.

  • Verify registrations: Double-check that your legal name matches your merchant and telecom registrations for smooth operations.

By keeping your Brand tab updated, you're ensuring that both your customer-facing communications and internal operations remain clear, professional, and aligned with your business identity.
