ProLine offers various settings to customize your brand representation within the platform. These customizations are crucial as they help maintain consistency in your customer interactions and ensure that your brand's identity is clear across all communications. Here’s how you can manage your brand settings effectively.
Brand
Upload Your Logo:
Click on Company Settings > Brand.
Select Logo to upload your company logo.
Company Name:
In the Company Name field, enter the name that appears in customer-facing communications like emails.
Legal Business Name:
Enter your formal business name (including LLC or Inc.) in the Legal Business Name field. This name is used for registrations and is not exposed to customers.
Locations
The Locations tab in Company Settings will allow you to edit:
Office Address:
Your primary office address for the selected location.
Billing Address:
Set a different billing address if necessary, which will appear on invoices
Review Settings:
Review Request URL: enter the URL for your Google Business profile or other review platform. This URL is used in review generation campaigns and determines the address shown in emails.
Signature:
Add your logo, a link for reviews, or other personalized elements to align with your brand identity.
Additional Brand Customizations
Quote Template Cover Images:
For quote templates, if you're not using the customer's home as its cover, you can use a default image such as a general team photo or a relevant image as a cover image to ensure it is suitable for all job contexts.
Automated Campaigns:
Adjust the messaging in automated campaigns to reflect your company’s voice more accurately.
