Accessing Calendars in ProLine
To get started:
Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner of your screen.
Scroll down and select Company Settings.
Click on the Events tab at the top.
In the middle of the page, you’ll find the Calendars section.
Why Use Multiple Calendars?
Managing multiple schedules within your business is key to staying organized and avoiding double-booking. ProLine gives you the flexibility to create and manage multiple custom calendars, ensuring your team always knows who's doing what, when, and where.
ProLine allows you to create as many calendars as needed to fit your business structure. This provides clarity and control over different departments, teams, or job types.
Common Use Cases:
Sales Calendar vs. Internal Office Calendar
Roofing Installations vs. Siding Installations
Separate calendars for Crew A and Crew B
Meeting & Training Calendars for internal use
By assigning events to different calendars, you can keep things organized and avoid clutter or confusion when scheduling.
Adding a New Calendar
To create a new calendar:
Click the “Add Calendar” button.
Enter a name that best represents the calendar’s purpose.
Examples: Siding Installations, Sales – Internal, Crew B Calendar, Admin Meetings
Save the calendar.
There are no limits to the number of calendars you can create; just create them in a way that works best for your team.
Viewing & Filtering Calendars
In the Events tab, you’ll see a filtering option labeled “Filter by Calendar.”
You can:
View one calendar at a time
Select multiple calendars
Or choose “All Calendars” to view overlapping events
Syncing External Calendars
If you use platforms like Google Calendar, you can sync those external events into your ProLine calendars.
How to Sync:
Go to the Integrations tab (linked separately below).
Configure your sync settings to determine which external calendars feed into which ProLine calendars.
This ensures your team is aware of meetings, deadlines, or other externally scheduled events, all within your ProLine account.
