Gaining Access to Lead Scout Zapier App
ProLine's Zapier app is public, but Lead Scout's requires an invite. You will need to contact Lead Scout support to gain access to their Zap. Once approved, you can create Zaps that link ProLine with Lead Scout.

This guide covers setting up two different Zaps between Lead Scout and ProLine, to accomplish two different objectives:
Add new Lead Scout prospects to ProLine
Add new won ProLine projects to Lead Scout
Add Lead Scout Prospects to ProLine
Step 1. Create Trigger for New Lead Scout Prospects
In Zapier, select 'Prospect Created' as the trigger from Lead Scout. This can be customized further by selecting leads based on status or tags, such as hot leads, and can be filtered by individual team members. It's important to note that this trigger has a 10-minute delay to allow completion of the lead profile in Lead Scout.
Step 2. Add Action to Create Projects in ProLine
After setting up the trigger, define the action in ProLine to either create or update a project. You can specify how the lead information should map onto ProLine fields like email, address, or custom fields. Assign leads to specific campaigns or stages in ProLine depending on their qualification status.
Add New Won ProLine Projects to Lead Scout
To maintain synchronization between ProLine and Lead Scout, consider automating the export of customer data from ProLine to Lead Scout after each project has been won.
Step 1. Create Trigger for New Won ProLine Projects
Set up a ProLine trigger in Zapier for when a project moves to a won stage. This can use the "Project Created or Updated" trigger with a Zapier filter. Alternatively, you can add a "Zapier Trigger" step to a campaign in ProLine that runs when a project moves to your "won" stage or equivalent.
Step 2. Add Action to Add Prospect to Lead Scout
Add an action that adds the project back into Lead Scout once won. Make sure to select the appropriate Lead Scout status so your won customers show on the map in Lead Scout as customers.
