Importing Files in Bulk
Importing files in bulk requires preparation and access to specific data from your files and projects:
Ensure each file has a publicly accessible URL.
Link each file to an external ID from your projects or contacts, which should have been saved during previous imports.
Here’s how you can prepare and execute a bulk file import:
Export a list of files with publicly accessible URLs for each one.
Make sure you have external IDs for contacts or projects linked to these files.
After ensuring the above steps, navigate to Import Tools and select the option for bulk file import.
It's important to note that files imported in bulk will appear as loose files in each project within ProLine. Folder structures are not supported through the import tool.
