Accessing Security Settings
Click on the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner of your ProLine account.
Select Account Settings from the menu options.
Navigate to the Security tab.
Changing Your Email Address
To update/change your email address:
Click the “Change” button next to your email.
Enter your current password to verify your identity.
Input your new email address.
Click “Change” to save the new email.
Your login email will now be updated, and you'll use this new address the next time you sign in.
Changing Your Password
To update/change your password:
Click the “Change” button next to your password.
Enter your current password.
Choose a new password that meets ProLine's security requirements:
Contain a Capital
Contain a Number
Contain a Special Character
8 characters or longer
Re-type the new password in the confirmation field.
Click “Change” to apply the update.
You’ll now use your new password the next time you log in.
