Accessing Account Settings
To change your login information for your ProLine user account, begin by navigating through the application's interface:
Open the hamburger menu.
Select Account Settings > Security tab.
Changing Email and Password
Within the Security tab, you have the options to update both your email and password. Please note the following:
Change your email: You must know your current password to update your email.
Change your password: You must enter your current password to create a new one.
Recovering and Resetting Password
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
Log out of your ProLine account.
Visit the ProLine login page at ProLine Login.
Click on "Forgot password?"
Enter your email associated with your ProLine account.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
This procedure ensures that even if you lose access to your current password but still have access to your registered email, you can regain access to your account.
