If you're an admin needing to change a user's ProLine number or release it entirely, this guide outlines the necessary steps to do so.

Managing ProLine Numbers

To change or manage a user's ProLine number, begin by accessing the hamburger menu and navigate to Manage Team. From there, select the user whose number you need to modify.

Releasing ProLine Numbers

To release a ProLine number, perhaps necessary if the number receives excessive spam, is flagged in spam databases or other issues, you can permanently let go of the current number. This is irreversible, and once the number is released, it might not be retrievable.

Steps to Release a Number:

  1. Navigate to hamburger menu > Manage Team.

  2. Select the user whose phone number you want to change.

  3. Click the icon to release their current ProLine number.

  4. Confirm number release. Remember, this action is permanent.

After releasing the number, the affected user will immediately receive a notification prompting them to choose a new ProLine number for their account.

Notification of Number Change

When a number is released and a new one needs to be assigned, the user will be informed promptly to select a new number. This process helps ensure continuous communication capabilities within your ProLine system.

Remember:

  • Only admins have the ability to release numbers.

  • If you're not an admin and need to change your number, please contact your admin.
