Plan & Billing

The Plan and Billing section lets you manage your subscription, billing details, payment method, and ProCredit usage all in one place. You can view your plan, make changes, and pre-purchase account credits at discounted rates

Accessing the Plan and Billing Tab

  1. Open your ProLine account.

  2. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  3. Scroll near the bottom and select Plan and Billing (third from the bottom).

  4. A new window will open displaying your current subscription and billing details.

Your ProLine Plan

The ProLine Plan section displays your current subscription details, including:

  • Plan Name – The plan you’re currently on (ex: Better).

  • Billing Type – Whether your plan is billed monthly or yearly (annual plans receive a 10% discount).

If you’d like to upgrade or change your plan, for example, moving from Better to Best, click the Change Plan button. This will open the Plans & Pricing page, where you can:

  • Compare all available plans and their included features.

  • View pricing per month.

  • Choose between monthly or yearly billing.

ProLine Seats

The ProLine Seats section displays how many user seats are included with your plan and how many additional seats you’ve added.

  • Included Seats – These are the seats automatically included in your plan.

    • Older plans (Starter, Business, Platinum) include 1 seat.

    • Current plans (Good, Better, Best) include 3 seats.

    • This field is non-editable and simply shows what’s included.

  • Additional Paid Seats – Any seats beyond what’s included.

    • Each additional seat adds a monthly cost based on your tier plan automatically.

    • The minimum shown in parentheses (e.g., minimum 2) indicates the lowest number of seats you can reduce to, based on how many users are currently assigned.

    • You must remove a user before reducing the number of paid seats.

    • Please note: If you remove a user from “Manage Team” but don’t update the number of paid seats in Plan & Billing, your billing amount will remain the same.

  • Total Seats – Displays the combined total of all included and paid seats on your account.

Think of seats as user licenses — you can have more seats than active users, but never fewer.


Viewing Billing Details

The Billing Summary section provides a clear breakdown of your account’s financial activity:

  • Total Monthly Bill – Displays your current monthly cost.

  • Paid Invoices – Opens a list of all past invoices with details such as payment date, amount, and payment method.

  • Account Credit – Shows available credit balance that can be applied toward future invoices.

Account Credit

Account Credit in ProLine allows you to prepay for your subscription and future invoices at a discounted rate. By purchasing credit in advance, you can:

  • Unlock discounts based on the credit amount purchased.

  • Simplify billing by drawing from your prepaid balance each month.

  • Manage business expenses upfront for easier tax planning.

Account Credit is a one-time purchase, meaning you’ll need to manually add more funds when your balance runs low. This option is especially useful for companies with fluctuating monthly costs or variable user counts, offering a predictable and flexible way to manage payments.

You’ll need to agree to the Prepayment Terms by checking the acknowledgment box, then click Complete Purchase. The charge will apply to the payment card on file.

Account Credit Discount Options:

  • 8% off: $6,000 credit → $5,520 purchase

  • 12% off: $12,000 credit → $10,560 purchase

  • 16% off: $18,000 credit → $15,120 purchase

  • 20% off: $24,000 credit → $19,200 purchase

Payment Method

Your current payment method (credit or debit card) will be displayed under the Payment Method section. To update your card:

  1. Click the Update Card link.

  2. Follow the prompt to securely enter new card details.

All future subscription or credit purchases will automatically use the updated payment method.


PRO Credit Usage

The PRO Credit Usage area tracks how many PRO Credits your team has used within the current billing cycle. Here’s what to know:

  • Resets Monthly – PRO Credits reset at the start of each billing period (based on your signup date).

  • Included Allowance – Each plan includes a set number of PRO Credits per month.

  • Overages – Once your plan’s included PRO Credits are used, additional usage is billed at $0.05 per credit.

You can view real-time ProCredit usage in this section to ensure your automations and communications stay on track without unexpected overages.

  • Automated text messages

  • AI Scheduling

  • AI extraction for estimates within a project

  • ProTrainer

The Plan and Billing tab gives you complete control over your ProLine subscription, from adjusting plans and tracking usage to managing payments and credits.

Keeping your Plan and Billing settings up to date ensures smooth, uninterrupted access to ProLine’s tools and automation features.
