In this article, we cover:

Accessing Plan and Billing

To begin updating your billing information for ProLine, navigate to the hamburger menu > Plan & Billing. This section is designed for admins to manage billing details of the ProLine account itself, not customer billing.

Viewing Current Plan Details

On the Plan and Billing page, you will find your current ProLine plan and costs for additional seats outlined. Below the plan details, you can view:

  • Total Monthly Bill: Sum of your monthly charges.

  • Paid Invoices: Click on "Paid Invoices" to access a list of all your transactions.

  • Pro Credit Usage: Tracks the usage of credits for automated services, like text messages. Note that overages may apply if limits are exceeded.

Managing Payment Method

To update your payment method:

  1. Scroll to the "Your Payment Method" section.

  2. Click Update Card.

  3. Enter the new card details and click Save to update your billing information on file.

Changing Your ProLine Plan

If you need to modify your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Change Plan.

  2. You will be directed to the Plan and Pricing page where you can view and select from available plans.

Cancel Your ProLine Plan

If you wish to cancel your ProLine plan, please switch your plan to the Basic "FREE" tier to cancel your paid subscription.

Note: If you signed up for a yearly contract at a discounted rate, you will be required to pay the remainder of your contract before canceling or opt to cancel your plan at the end of the contract.
