The "disabled" campaign action is a default setting in ProLine that ensures no interruptions occur in your campaigns if you forget to configure a new step. This article explains how to manage this setting effectively.

Understanding the "Disabled" Campaign Action

The "disabled" campaign action is the default setting for any new step you add to a campaign. It acts as a safeguard, preventing disruptions in your campaign if you forget to edit or change the new step. By defaulting to "disabled", it ensures that the campaign continues to run smoothly without unintended actions.

How to Add a New Step to Your Campaign

  1. Access the Campaign Editor: Navigate to:

    • Hamburger menu > Campaigns > Choose a campaign folder and click on Open Folder > Choose a campaign and click on Edit Campaign.

    • A campaign's stage triggers (gear icon) > View Campaign. Note: this might not be possible if the stage has no triggers or if the stage triggers have no campaigns.

  2. Locate the Plus Button:

    • For a pre-built campaign, scroll to the bottom to find the + button.

    • For a new campaign, the + button will be at the top.

  3. Click the Plus Button: Clicking the + button will add a new step. The new step will default to the "disabled" action.
