Creating and managing campaigns in ProLine involves various actions, including the "Move Project" campaign action. This feature allows you to move a project associated with a contact to a different stage within a campaign. Follow these steps to add and configure this action in your campaign builder.

How to Add a New Step to Your Campaign

  1. Access the Campaign Editor: Navigate to:

    • Hamburger menu > Campaigns > Choose a campaign folder and click on Open Folder > Choose a campaign and click on Edit Campaign.

    • A campaign's stage triggers (gear icon) > View Campaign. Note: this might not be possible if the stage has no triggers or if the stage triggers have no campaigns.

  2. Locate the Plus Button:

    • For a pre-built campaign, scroll to the bottom to find the + button.

    • For a new campaign, the + button will be at the top.

  3. Click the Plus Button: Clicking the + button will add a new step. The new step will default to the "disabled" action.

  4. Select "Move Project" from the dropdown: This will switch the step to the Move Project type. Don't forget to save.

Configuring the "Move Project" Action

Once the "Move Project" action is added, you'll need to configure its settings:

  1. Review Action Details:

    • The "Move Project" action allows you to move the project associated with a contact to a different stage within the campaign.

  2. Set Up Timing and Delay:

    • Configure any necessary delays or timing for when the action should be executed. This can be customized based on your campaign needs.

Selecting a Stage for the Project

To ensure the project is moved to the correct stage, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Stage Variable:

    • Within the "Move Project" action settings, find the stage variable.

  2. Choose the Destination Stage:

    • Click on the stage dropdown menu and select the stage you want the project to be moved to. This stage should be one that is relevant to the campaign's flow and objectives.

  3. Save Changes:

    • Ensure all settings are configured correctly and save your changes.

When a contact reaches this step in the campaign, the associated project will automatically be moved to the selected stage, ensuring a seamless transition within your campaign workflow.

Example

Imagine you have a lead rehash campaign that culminates in an inspection. Upon completing the final step, the "Move Project" action can automatically transition the associated project to the next stage, such as "Inspection Scheduled".
