Overview
A push notification action in ProLine allows you to send notifications to users' devices. The main purpose is to make sure users receive timely updates and information.
When you send a push notification, the recipient receives it on every device they are logged into with their ProLine account. This ensures they don't miss important messages, regardless of which device they are using.
How to Add a New Step to Your Campaign
You can add a new step to your campaign by following these steps:
Access the Campaign Editor
Option 1: Through the Campaign Editor
Open the Hamburger menu (☰).
Go to Campaigns.
Choose a campaign folder and click Open Folder.
Select a campaign and click Edit Campaign.
Option 2: Through a Specific Stage Trigger
Open the stage triggers (gear icon) for the stage.
Click View Campaign.
Note: This option may not appear if the stage has no triggers or if the triggers are not linked to any campaigns.
Locate the Plus Button
For a pre-built campaign, scroll to the bottom to find the + button.
For a new campaign, the + button will be at the top.
Click the Plus Button
Clicking the + button will add a new step. The new step will default to the "disabled" action.
Select Push Notification
In the dropdown menu, select Send Push Notification.
Configure Notification
Title: Keep it short and clear.
Body: Provide the necessary details concisely.
Assign Recipient
Choose whether to send the notification to one of the following recipients via the dropdown menu:
Assignee
Inside Sales
Production
Accounting
Other Team Member
Save and Activate
Save your changes and activate the campaign.
Additional Information
By default, the notification is sent to the contact assignee. However, you can change the recipient to any of the options listed in the dropdown menu.
If necessary, create multiple steps to send different notifications to different recipients.
