Project custom fields in ProLine allow you to tailor project details to meet your specific needs by adding custom information fields. These fields appear in the project details section, under the address.
Managing Custom Text in Project Custom Fields
To manage custom fields for your projects, follow these steps:
Navigate to custom fields:
hamburger menu > Company Settings > Projects > Custom Texts
View existing custom fields:
You will see a list of custom fields that have already been added. For example, fields like "Client Preferences" or "Project Notes."
Edit and manage fields:
You can rename the field or leave it empty to remove it.
ProLine currently allows up to seven custom fields per project. In the future, this limit will be removed, allowing for unlimited custom fields.
Using Custom Text from Project Custom Fields
During project creation:
When creating a new project, you can fill out the custom fields with relevant information.
For example, if you're on a call with a new lead, you can enter details directly into these fields.
From integrations:
Custom fields can be automatically populated from integration tools like Zapier, streamlining data entry.
Custom fields enhance your project management by capturing specific information relevant to your business needs.
