ProLine allows you to personalize default views for each user, tailoring their experience to match their needs. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to customize these views, for a more efficient and user-friendly workflow.
Customizing Default Views
In the Account Settings menu:
Navigate to Profile.
Open the hamburger menu in the top left corner.
Select Account Settings.
Switch to the Defaults tab.
From the Defaults page, select the desired page to default to on desktop from the dropdown menu.
Choose a different default for the mobile view if necessary.
Setting Pipeline Defaults
You can set default views to a pipeline or a specific stage within the pipeline. This feature is particularly useful for users who frequently work within a specific pipeline stage.
Instructions:
In the Defaults tab, select a pipeline from the dropdown menu.
Choose a specific stage within the selected pipeline, or default to the first stage.
Note: Sales representatives with basic permissions will only see their projects and not all projects.
Default Location Settings
If you manage multiple locations, you can set a default location to view or toggle between multiple locations if necessary.
Instructions:
In the Defaults tab, select Default Location.
Choose from All Locations or a specific location:
Map Provider Preferences
Set your preferred map provider to either Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Instructions:
In the Defaults tab, select your preferred map provider from the dropdown menu:
Managing Contact and Stage Visibility
You can customize visibility settings for unsaved contacts and the next stage button.
Instructions:
In the Defaults tab, check/uncheck the Hide Unsaved Contacts and Hide Next Stage Button options as needed.
