Accessing the Working Hours Settings

To begin adjusting your working hours:

  1. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings.

  3. You'll land by default on your Profile tab. Click on the Working Hours ****tab to proceed.

Choosing Company Working Hours or Custom Settings

Once in the Working Hours tab, you’ll be presented with two options:

1. Use Company Working Hours

  • Default Option: By default, ProLine will use the working hours set by your company’s admin or account owner.

If you're unsure what the company hours are, ask your admin or account owner.

  • To use these hours, keep the checkbox selected and click Save.

2. Customize Your Working Hours

If you prefer a schedule that is different from your company's default, whether it’s starting earlier or later, working weekends, or logging off sooner; you can set personalized hours.

To customize:

  • Uncheck the “Use Company Working Hours” box.

  • Specify:

    • Start Time

    • End Time

    • Off on Saturday (Check the box if yes)

    • Off on Sunday (Check the box if yes)

These custom hours define when your account will accept calls and messages.

Outside Working Hours Behaviors

Once you've defined your working hours, ProLine allows you further customization of how the system handles communication outside of those hours.

You can choose from the following options:

Divert Calls Outside Work Hours

  • When box is checked it will present two options to divert all incoming calls:

    • Different Number, for example:

      • Your AI agent

      • An external answering service

      • Another team member or line

    • Voicemail

      • The phone will not ring for you or the customer, will go straight to voicemail.

Summary

ProLine gives users complete control over their availability and communication preferences. Whether you follow company defaults or set your own schedule, make sure your configuration aligns with your role and workflow.
