Managing Personal Working Hours in Your ProLine Account

Easily customize your individual working hours in your ProLine account settings, separate from the company working hours.

Understanding Working Hours Settings

ProLine allows each user to set their own working hours, which can differ from the company's working hours. By default, your working hours will mirror the company settings. However, you can override these settings for your own account.

Customizing Your Working Hours

  1. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Click the hamburger menu in the top left corner.

    • Select Account Settings.

  2. Access Working Hours:

    • Scroll to Working Hours within the Account Settings menu.

    • By default, the company working hours will be selected.

  3. Deselect Company Working Hours:

    • Uncheck the box to deselect Use Company Working Hours.

  4. Set Your Custom Working Hours:

    • Start Time: Choose your preferred start time (e.g., 8:00 AM).

    • End Time: Choose your preferred end time (e.g., 7:00 PM).

    • Days Off: Select the days you want to be off (e.g., off on Sunday, on for Saturday).

  5. Customize Notifications and Call Handling:

    • Notifications: Decide whether to keep notifications on outside your working hours.

    • Call Handling: Decide whether to divert calls outside your working hours.

Example Scenario

If the company diverts calls and turns off notifications outside working hours, but you prefer to keep these active, you can customize these settings:

  1. Notifications: Toggle notifications to stay active.

  2. Call Handling: Choose not to divert calls outside your working hours.

Remember, these settings ensure you won't miss important notifications or calls, allowing you to manage your workload effectively.
