Account Settings: Working Hours

This guide explains how to set your individual working hours in ProLine and configure how your account handles calls that come in outside of those hours.

Overview

Your account working hours control when texts and calls are allowed to reach you personally, separate from your company's default hours. By default, ProLine uses the working hours your company admin or account owner has set. If you'd rather work a different schedule — starting earlier or later, working weekends, or logging off sooner — you can override the company default with your own custom hours.


Accessing the Working Hours Settings

  1. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Account Settings.

  3. You'll land on the Profile tab by default. Click Working Hours to proceed.


Choosing Company Working Hours or Custom Hours

Use Company Working Hours

By default, Use Company Working Hours is checked, meaning your account follows the hours your company admin or account owner has configured.

If you're not sure what your company's working hours are, check with your admin or account owner before making changes.

To keep this default, leave the checkbox selected and click Save.

Customize Your Own Hours

If you'd rather set a personal schedule:

  1. Uncheck "Use Company Working Hours."

  2. Set your:

    • Start Working Hours

    • End Working Hours

    • Off on Saturday (check if you don't work Saturdays)

    • Off on Sunday (check if you don't work Sundays)

These hours determine when your account will accept incoming texts and calls.


Customizing Outside Working Hours Behavior

Once your working hours are set, you can control what happens when a call comes in outside of them by checking Divert Calls Outside Work Hours.

This reveals a Divert Calls To choice with two options:

  • Different Number — Redirect calls to another number, such as an AI agent, an external answering service, or a teammate. Selecting this reveals a Forward Calls To field where you enter the destination phone number.

  • Voicemail — Calls go straight to voicemail without ringing on either end.

Choose whichever option fits how you want after-hours calls handled. If you'd rather use your company's default behavior instead, leave "Divert Calls Outside Work Hours" unchecked.

Click Save once you've made your selections.
