Adjusting the company working hours in ProLine allows you to control when communications are allowed, ensuring they occur only during designated times. Follow the steps below to customize your working hours and manage behavior outside of these hours.
Navigating to Working Hours
To access the working hours settings:
From any page, click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top left corner.
Go to Company Settings.
Click on the Working Hours tab in the sub-menu.
Setting Working Hours
Once in the Working Hours section, you can adjust the start and end times for your company's working hours:
Set Start Time: Choose the time when your working hours begin (e.g., 9:00 AM).
Set End Time: Choose the time when your working hours end (e.g., 5:00 PM).
Days Off: Toggle the options to take off Saturday or take off Sunday if your company does not operate on these days.
Customizing Outside Hours Behavior
You can also specify how calls and notifications are handled outside of working hours:
Divert Calls: Enable the option to divert calls to voicemail if they come in outside of working hours.
Turn Off Notifications: Choose to turn off notifications for activities in ProLine outside of your specified working hours.
These settings ensure that all communications align with your company's operational hours, preventing disruptions outside of designated times.
