Dope360 is a robust marketing automation platform designed to streamline direct mail campaigns. By connecting Dope360 with ProLine, you can effortlessly automate sending postcards and other direct mail based on specific project activities in ProLine
Creating an API Token in Dope360
Log in to your Dope360 account.
Go to More > API Access.
Create a new API token by entering ProLine as the name.
Copy the generated API token.
Integrating the API Token in ProLine
Return to the Integrations page in ProLine.
Go to Dope360.
Paste the copied API token into the API Key field.
You can click on the checkbox if you would like to exclude projects with a specific tag (Managing Project Tags in Company Settings).
Save your changes to enable the connection.
Setting Up Campaigns in ProLine
In ProLine, choose a stage or campaign where you want to trigger the Dope360 integration.
For instance, to send a postcard when a project is signed, navigate to the relevant stage or campaign settings.
If setting up a new campaign, click + at the bottom of the campaign list to add a new step.
Select Dope360 Direct Mail from the dropdown menu.
Choose the appropriate automation from Dope360.
Utilizing Dope360 Automations
You can set up various automations in Dope360 for different campaign triggers.
If needed, contact Dope360 support to help create specific automations after setting up the API connection.
Save the automation settings in ProLine to ensure they trigger as needed for different project stages or campaign steps.
Excluding Certain Projects
If you want to exclude certain projects from receiving postcards, use tags to manage these exclusions:
Create a tag like No Postcards.
Apply this tag to projects you want to exclude from direct mail campaigns.
Finalizing Your Setup
After saving all the settings, ensure your campaigns and automations are correctly set up by running a test. Once confirmed, your ProLine and Dope360 integration is ready to automate your direct mail campaigns efficiently.
