When you need to make changes to an automated message for a specific contact or project in ProLine, it's important to navigate through the system correctly. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for editing the content of automated emails and texts, ensuring your communications are personalized and relevant.

Editing Automated Messages

  1. Navigate to the Project:

    • Click on the Project associated with the contact.

    • Select View Campaigns.

  2. Select the Campaign:

    • Identify the campaign you wish to edit.

    • Locate the next step, which could be an email or text message.

  3. Edit the Message:

    • Click Edit Email or Edit Message.

    • Make the desired changes to the message content. This can include updating the text, adding personalization, or changing the language to suit your needs.

  4. Save the Changes:

    • Once you've made your edits, click Save.

    • A notification will appear confirming your changes.

Reverting Changes

If you need to revert any changes back to the original template:

  1. Access Edit Mode:

    • Click on the message you edited.

    • Select Revert to Template to restore the original content.

  2. Confirm Reversion:

    • Confirm that you want to revert to the original template. This action will undo all your changes.

Editing automated messages in ProLine allows for a high degree of customization, ensuring each communication step is tailored to the specific needs and interactions with your contacts.
