To manage contacts within campaigns in ProLine, follow these instructions to pause, turn off, or opt out a contact from automation. Once you access your project's campaign settings, you will find several options to manage your contact's participation in campaigns.
Accessing Project Campaign Settings
To manage a contact's participation in campaigns:
Navigate to your project: Open ProLine and click on the desired project.
View campaigns: Within the project, find and click on View Campaigns. This will display the campaigns associated with the contact.
Pausing a Campaign
Pausing a campaign temporarily stops the contact from receiving automated messages but allows you to resume it later.
Locate the pause button: Find the orange pause button in the project's campaign settings.
Pause the campaign: Click the Pause button. It will turn into a play button, indicating the campaign is paused.
Resume the campaign: To unpause, click the green play button, and the campaign will resume. It will turn into an orange pause button, indicating the campaign is active.
Stopping a Campaign
Stopping a campaign will completely remove the contact from that specific campaign.
Stop the campaign: Click the Stop button at the bottom right of the project's campaign settings. This will remove the contact from the active campaign.
Confirm the action: A popup will appear to confirm the action, ensuring you intend to stop the campaign.
Opting In and Out of Communication
Opting out will prevent the contact from receiving specific types of communication, while opting in will allow them to receive those communications.
Access communication settings: Within the project's campaign settings, look for the Opt-In/Out button.
