Rescheduling or immediately sending automated communications in ProLine is especially helpful for managing outbound messages to homeowners, clients, or other contacts.
Navigate to the Campaign:
Click into Project.
Select View Campaigns.
This will open the campaign for the main contact on the project.
Locate the Automation:
Find the specific campaign step you wish to reschedule. For example, an appointment reminder set for December 30th at 2 PM.
Rescheduling an Automation
If you need to reschedule the automation, you can easily change the date and time:
Click on New Date.
Pick a new date and time (e.g., June 25th at 2 PM).
Click Change to confirm.
Sending an Automation Immediately
To send the automation immediately without waiting for the scheduled date:
Click Run Now.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Run again to confirm.
This bypasses the scheduled delay and sends the communication immediately.
Key Points to Remember:
The New Date must be at least one day forward; same-day changes are not possible.
Run Now will send the communication immediately, bypassing any delays.
