How to Reschedule Automations for a Contact or Project

Learn how to reschedule an automated communication or send it immediately in ProLine.

In this article, we cover:

Rescheduling or immediately sending automated communications in ProLine is especially helpful for managing outbound messages to homeowners, clients, or other contacts.

  1. Navigate to the Campaign:

    • Click into Project.

    • Select View Campaigns.

    • This will open the campaign for the main contact on the project.

  2. Locate the Automation:

    • Find the specific campaign step you wish to reschedule. For example, an appointment reminder set for December 30th at 2 PM.

Rescheduling an Automation

If you need to reschedule the automation, you can easily change the date and time:

  1. Click on New Date.

  2. Pick a new date and time (e.g., June 25th at 2 PM).

  3. Click Change to confirm.

Sending an Automation Immediately

To send the automation immediately without waiting for the scheduled date:

  1. Click Run Now.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Run again to confirm.

  3. This bypasses the scheduled delay and sends the communication immediately.

Key Points to Remember:

  • The New Date must be at least one day forward; same-day changes are not possible.

  • Run Now will send the communication immediately, bypassing any delays.
