Angi Ads and Angi Leads are different systems within Angi. Angi Leads was formerly known as HomeAdvisor. The integration process for each varies slightly, but ProLine uses a single integration for both.

Integrating Angi Ads

    • Navigate to hamburger menu (☰) > Integrations > Angi.

    • Click to copy the provided webhook URL to your clipboard.

  2. Retrieve Your Angi Account Identifier

    • Log in to your Angi account.

    • Locate the 8-12 digit numeric code in the URL of your Angi account dashboard.

    • Copy this code.

  3. Set Up Angi Integration in ProLine

    • Go back to ProLine and paste the numeric code into the Angi Account Identifier field.

    • Click to open the Angi Integration page.

  4. Configure Webhook in Angi

    • Paste the webhook URL into the specified field on the Angi integration page.

    • Select None for authentication.

    • Choose JSON for the data format.

    • Follow the prompts to enable the integration.

Integrating Angi Leads

  1. Prepare the Integration Email

    • Use the pre-written email template provided in ProLine.

    • Ensure the webhook URL is included.

    • Replace placeholder text with the correct information, including whether you are the owner or working on behalf of the owner.

  2. Send the Integration Request

    • Send the email to the specified Angi support address.

    • CC the owner of the Angi account.

  3. Confirmation

    • Wait for Angi to confirm the integration setup via email.

Configuring the Integration

  1. Assigning Team Members and Settings

    • Navigate to hamburger menu (☰) > Company Settings > Integrations > Angi.

    • Select the team member who will handle new leads.

    • Assign the lead stage (usually "New Lead").

    • Optionally, categorize the leads by project type (e.g., "Roof Replacement").

    • Add an Angi-specific tag if desired.

    • Choose the default contact campaign, such as the "Speed to Lead" campaign.

  2. Final Steps

    • Ensure the integration is enabled.

    • Verify the campaign is active: hamburger menu (☰) > Campaigns > Speed to Lead. Ensure the campaign shows a pause button (indicating it is running).
