ProLine’s integration with EagleView allows you to place orders for measurement reports directly from ProLine and automatically sync the data. This is especially helpful for creating multi-structure quotes and projects.
Placing a New EagleView Report Order
To start using the EagleView integration in ProLine, navigate to an existing project and go to the Measure tab. Here, you can order new EagleView reports or import existing ones.
Click the EagleView icon inside the Measure tab.
Adjust the pin location on the map if needed, then click Next to proceed.
Select the type of report you need and configure the settings. You can also enter a promo code if you have one.
Click Submit to place the order.
The order is processed through your EagleView account, and ProLine will display the report status as "Pending." Once EagleView processes the report, you’ll receive a notification, and the measurement data will be loaded automatically into ProLine.
Importing Existing EagleView Reports
If you've already ordered a report in EagleView and need to import it into ProLine:
Click the Import Report button.
Search by the project address or select a report from the list of recent reports within your EagleView account.
Select the report, and the measurement data will sync with ProLine.
ProLine can pull the data from EagleView and break it down by structure. If the report contains multiple structures (e.g., a main building and a detached garage), ProLine will display and organize the data accordingly.
Multi-Structure Quoting with ProLine
One of the standout features of ProLine is the ability to create multi-structure quotes. This allows you to quote different buildings or structures within the same project.
Go to the Quote section in the project.
Choose the structures you want to include in the quote (e.g., "Building One" and "Building Two").
ProLine automatically generates a quote for each structure with the appropriate quantities, based on the measurements from EagleView.
You can also create multi-option quotes, such as good, better, and best options for each structure. ProLine will then generate a professional PDF that can be signed internally or sent to clients for signatures.
Configuring EagleView Integration Settings
To set up your EagleView integration:
Go to Company Settings > Integrations > EagleView.
Map the measurement fields from EagleView to their corresponding fields in ProLine.
Set restrictions for the types of reports that can be ordered, especially useful for limiting what sales reps can order.
This mapping process ensures that all incoming data is correctly applied to your ProLine projects.
