Autoresponders is a feature that lets you automatically send follow-up emails to users who submit a form containing an email field. Send a single email immediately or with a delay, or chain multiple emails with variable timing between each message.
How it works
After a user submits a form with an email field, Promolayer triggers your configured email sequence. To activate autoresponders for a display, first create an email template, then assign it in the display's Actions tab.
Options
Email template | Select from templates created in the email template editor. See Create an email template. |
Send timing | Send immediately after form submission, or after a specified delay. |
Multiple emails | Use the [Add] button to chain multiple emails in sequence, each with its own timing. |
