*IMPORTANT:* You MUST log in on a desktop or browser to cancel your subscription; you CANNOT cancel a subscription via the Promotion Wingman free companion app.
You can cancel your subscription anytime with the steps below, and your subscription will be active until the last day of your current billing cycle.
***The steps will differ depending on how you subscribed to Promotion Wingman — through our website or the iPhone app.***
If you signed up via our website.
Log into your website dashboard at www.promotionwingman.com/login/.
Click on Account Settings
Click on Manage Subscriptions
Click Edit Subscription then Cancel subscription.
Select a reason why you'd like to cancel and hit Submit
If you signed up via our iPhone free companion app.
Go to Settings on your device.
Select iTunes & App Stores.
Select your Apple ID at the top.
Select View Apple ID.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose Promotion Wingman.
Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Don't worry, canceling your subscription won't be a goodbye forever; we'll be here for when you need us next time!
